The team at the Apple Store in the Cambridge Side Galleria in Massachusetts today, spared no enthusiasm. They represented their hearts out, to say the least.  I arrived shortly before 9:00 am to see the store packed up with chanting Apple employee’s clearly psyched on the product and launch.   Two long lines started at the at the store front and carved all the way through the mall. Luckily, I got an official all-access hall pass to cut to the front of the line because of my pre arranged reservations with their Business Specialist.  That was nice, but soon forgotten once everyone was let in and we all had our new iPad’s in hand.  Brilund, the Business Specialist and his Business Manager Justin gave me a solid tutorial through the product, it’s business platform advantages and a plethora of other insights.  The customer service and experience was everything you would expect from Apple. People everywhere were dropping in and smitten with their new purchases.  Including me, thinking… how soon can I trash my laptop?  Today was a special day in consumer experience history.
